TERMS OF USE

By playing Crown Lizard or creating an account, you agree to use the service fairly and lawfully.

THE SERVICE

Crown Lizard is a free browser game provided on an as-available basis. Features, balance, events and availability may change as the game develops. Maintenance, network failures or security work may temporarily interrupt access.

PLAYER ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for the email account and password connected to your Crown Lizard account. Callsigns must follow the displayed format and moderation rules. Do not impersonate another person, reserve abusive names or attempt to access another player’s account.

FAIR PLAY

Do not automate play, falsify run results, manipulate client or network messages, exploit economy errors, evade limits or interfere with other players. Scores, rewards or accounts connected to abuse may be hidden, corrected, restricted or removed. Security research should avoid accessing other players’ information or damaging the service.

SHARDS AND COSMETICS

Shards, crates, skins, badges and other game items are virtual features with no cash value. They do not represent money, property or a promise of future market value. Crown Lizard currently offers no real-money purchases. Cosmetic items do not provide ranked gameplay power.

CROWN MARKET

Eligible account holders may list supported cosmetic items for a shard price within the displayed limits. Market purchases are final, a displayed sale fee is removed from the seller’s proceeds, and active listings may be cancelled before purchase. Unsold listings expire after the displayed period and the item returns to its owner. Store-exclusive, event, default and gameplay-power items are not transferable. Shards and Market items cannot be sold, withdrawn or converted to money. Listings, transfers or balances connected to abuse, errors or unauthorised automation may be cancelled or corrected.

CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Crown Lizard name, game presentation, original artwork, code and audio selection are protected by applicable rights. You may share screenshots, gameplay clips and public Pilot File links for personal or editorial use, but may not present an unauthorised copy as the official game.

DISCLAIMERS AND RESPONSIBILITY

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or permanent preservation of rankings and virtual items. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
